Willa Izbica

My husband and I visited Karpacz for the first time, and thanks to this place, it definitely won't be the last. There is a lot of space in front of the facility where you can park your car. The room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, smelled beautifully of lavender and its colors referred to this plant. When you open it, you can hear the murmur of a nearby stream. The room welcomed us with warmth (that day was extremely cold for the beginning of winter). There was a kettle and tea at our disposal. A large bathroom equipped with towels and cleaning products, and a large shower. Breakfast included in the room package: fresh, beautifully arranged buffet, large selection and everything tasty. A good place to rest and reset.

I recommend it, the service is really nice and makes every effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Fantastic breakfast, location away from the center, which is a plus for me, but close to the trail. The rooms are really large and have a balcony, and a bathroom where two people can comfortably sleep in the shower. Downstairs, guests can use a sauna and a jacuzzi. Parking right next to the Villa

We are people who tend to eat and go out, but here we can't... The breakfasts are so delicious that it's a shame to go out :). Great location, next to a stream where you can soak your feet after the trail. Rooms sufficient, clean. The playground is sufficient for a 6-year-old, it is quiet for an hour. Generally, even though we haven't left yet, we know that we will come back. I recommend !

The rooms at Willa Izbica are very comfortable, everything you need is in the rooms. They are lovely and beautifully decorated. The lady who prepares the breakfast is a very nice and helpful person. However, I had an unpleasant situation in the outdoor parking lot of this facility. The branch probably fell on the hood of the car, I informed the owner, but she didn't care much. She said she would check the CCTV, but later said it would take too much time to spend watching it as it was all night long. I do not recommend parking at the facility in high winds.

We arrived and it turned out that there was no room for us because the owner did not understand the reservation. We got a smaller room near the stairs very small, there weren't even cobweb chairs in the room. Single bed very uncomfortable. Apparently the owners apologized to us and reduced the price a bit, but it wasn't what we expected, it was different in the photos and in reality. While reading the reviews, we have already come across that someone got a different room. We thought that such reviews are due to the fact that the person who booked the room made a mistake. Unfortunately, we found out for ourselves that this is not the case - the owners are just counting on the money. Wifi weak, 5 channels. The only plus is good breakfast and the lady who works there clearly puts her heart into this place. To sum up, we do not recommend it to anyone, for this price you can find something else.
